Innoval 04

Fourth edition of the Innoval space at the biennial Barcelona Alimentaria International Foodstuffs and Drinks Show. The basic idea was to recreate a banquet set up. Tables were covered in starched cloths over which foodstuffs were exhibited enclosed inside glass showcases with the idea of imitating a luscious display of dishes. Innovative audiovisual support offered an array of screens suspended at different angles, pretending to defy gravity, over which images were projected illustrating succulent food images while visually grouping the different food types shown in the exhibition.
