Food store and restaurant selling home-made pre-cooked meals and confectionary. The rectangular-shaped space was organised in three functional areas set on different levels. Sales are situated at street level, the restaurant covers an elevated platform and the kitchen fills the basement, the latter offering a view to it from a window set between floors. All the furniture was made to measure. Food displays in stainless steel and wood stand out in the area of public use. The project is completed with a well-studied lighting plan and a fully glass enclosed façade, overlooking the street, evocative of a large display cabinet.
